Kathie loved running, and even though it seemed to help keep her body weight down, she didn't love the way she looked.
When Kathie was 45, she slipped and fell. Shortly thereafter she developed severe acute low back pain.

After months of doctor visits, X-Rays, MRI’s, physical therapy sessions (which actually made the pain worse) and cortisone shots, her doctor informed her the pain was something she would have to live with.
Kathie dealt with pain on an ongoing basis and she was unable to do the one thing that helped her cope with stress-- exercise.
Kathie met Jon at one of his public lectures. Jon told Kathie her glutes didn't work and by strengthening them, she might feel better. Kathie could not believe the bluntness and simplicity in Jon’s thinking and decided to try personal training with him.
IN TWO MONTHS KATHIE WAS GETTING UP OUT OF A CHAIR WITHOUT PAIN.
In six months Kathie was working in her garden pain free.
In nine months she was doing sprint work on the treadmill without back pain or achy joints.
Kathie strength trains twice a week, core trains multiple times a week, cardio interval trains multiple times a week, and has zero back pain.
And she loves the way her body looks.
