Katie kept telling herself she was going to start working out at Core Fitness.
She drove by Core Fitness almost every day for one year before she actually started working out.
Why did it take Katie one year to finally commit to an exercise program?
- SHE THOUGHT SHE COULD DO IT HERSELF.
- She didn’t think she had the time to devote to exercise.
- She was wary of giving a personal trainer money when she could just as easily work out on her own.
Eventually she succumbed to the nagging voice in the back of her head, C’mon Katie, you know you aren’t going to do it yourself.
Katie is a golfer, and after a few months of training at Core Fitness, she was hitting the ball just a bit further.
She also noticed that she didn’t have aches and pains after playing golf or working in the garden for several hours.
Where these coincidences? Maybe. Maybe not.
KATIE THEN WENT TO FLORIDA FOR A FEW MONTHS AND WHILE SHE WAS THERE, SHE "THREW" HER BACK OUT.
She tried stretching.
She tried massage.
She tried acupuncture.
Nothing gave her permanent relief.
Every time Katie played golf, she was in agony and was hitting the ball horribly. She also struggled with gardening and sleeping.
When Katie returned from Florida, she resumed training at Core Fitness. She did not wait a month or a week to get back in the gym, she started training immediately.
After one week of training, her back felt significantly better.
After one month of training, she had zero back pain, as in zero sensation in the low back. Her back did not feel like it needed to be stretched and it did not feel stiff. SHE DID NOT FEEL HER BACK AT ALL.
After one month of core training and strength training, Katie was able to play golf and garden without any pain.
This is Katie’s story, and we hope it inspires you.
