Spencer is retired and an avid tennis player.
During the Spring and Summer, Spencer will play as many as three times a week.
Spencer has always taken care of his body, and even though he has worked out and lifted weights his entire life, his legs, shoulders, and even neck would hurt after tennis.
But he continued playing tennis. AFTER ALL, THERE WAS NOTHING YOU COULD DO ABOUT GETTING OLDER, RIGHT?
For several months, one of Spencer’s tennis friends pestered him to see Jon.
Spencer was skeptical.
What does Jon have to offer that I am not already doing?
I workout several times a week, why do I need to pay someone?
I’m not even sure what Jon does?
SPENCER'S PAIN EVENTUALLY GOT TO THE POINT WHERE HE WAS UNABLE TO PLAY ON A CONSISTENT BASIS.
He reluctantly went to see Jon.
Jon asked Spencer to do exercises that challenged both Spencer's body and mind.
AFTER A MONTH OF CORRECTIVE EXERCISE, SPENCER'S LEG NO LONGER BOTHERED HIM.
After six months of training with Jon, his shoulders no longer hurt after tennis.
Spencer is 65 and continues to play tennis several times a week pain free.
Spencer is 65 and continues to enjoy retirement.
