Lu is a contractor and his shoulders and elbows used to ache after work. Despite the physical discomfort Lu would be in, he enjoyed lifting weights, running, and martial arts.
Lu started exercising at Core Fitness after listening to Jon speak at a running symposium. Lu enjoyed the constantly changing workouts, and he discovered the BETTER he got at core training and resistant training, the HARDER his workouts became. After several weeks of coaching-intensive core exercises, stretching, and resistance training, Lu no longer had shoulder and elbow stiffness!
Lu works and exercises more than he ever has, and runs MORE THAN WHEN HE WAS IN HIS 20s. Lu even teaches exercise classes now!
